Iran wants to launch additional energy projects in Pakistan

Iran has expressed interest in launching further energy plants in Pakistan, 24News HD TV channel reported on Sunday.
According to the report, this understanding was achieved during a meeting in Tehran between Pakistan's Engineer Khurram Dastgir Khan and Iran's Ali Akbar Mehrabian.
Bilateral issues of interest from both countries--Pakistan and Iran were discussed during the high-level meeting.
The Iranian Energy Minister commended Pakistani officials on the rapid installation of a transmission line for the import of electricity from Iran to Gwadar.
In the meeting, Iranian Minister Ali Akbar expressed his desire to start new electrical projects with Pakistan.
