Committee formed to probe into leakage of Arshad’s pictures 

A seven-member inquiry committee has been formed by the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) to probe into the matter of leakage of pictures of renowned slain Arshad Sharif, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

The leaking of photos of the slain journalist Arshad Sharif’s body and his autopsy report by many electronic media groups has created another controversy as they confirmed the inhumane torture before his assassination. 

PIMS Director Dr Khalid Masud, PIMS Medical Director Dr S Hashim Raza, PIMS Medical Board Chairman Dr S.H. Waqar, PIMS Director IT, 

Muhammad Sohail, Cameraman Medical Board, PIMS Mohiuddin and Others (if any as when requested by the inquiry committee) will be included in the committee that will complete the inquiry within 24 hours and submit the report. The committee will probe the issue of Arshad Sharif's photos that were broadcast on electronic media. 

PIMS Director Pims will act against those responsible after the report of the committee. 

The inquiry committee meeting will be held on November 24 at 9:30 am.
