Alarms sounded as chemical-loaded truck overturns in Karachi

A truck full of chemical overturned due after its tank detached from the vehicle disrupting the traffic flow near Korangi warehouse in Chowrangi Karachi on Sunday morning, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The traffic police said the nature of the chemical has not been ascertained yet but it has spilled and was all over the place. No casualties were reported in the traffic incident.

The road has been closed for all kinds of traffic as the chemical spilled over the road.

Traffic police called for the machinery to remove the tanker from the road.
