Cop, vaccinator killed in attack on polio team in Bajaur

A tragic incident occurred when unknown assailants opened fire on a polio vaccination team, resulting in the deaths of a policeman and a polio worker in Bajaur on Wednesday. 

According to the 24NewsHD TV channel, following the attack, the police swiftly cordoned off the area and initiated a search operation to apprehend the suspects. 

Federal Minister for Interior Affairs Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi condemned the attack on the polio team, expressing his deep concern over the safety of those working on the frontlines of public health initiatives.
