Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Senior Vice President Shahid Khaqan Abbasi while questioning the government’s Anti-State Trends report said that it was published just to accept Article 370 of the Indian constitution, reported 24News HD TV channel on Friday.
Addressing a press conference, former Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said that such reports were being published to hide the failure of the government in Afghanistan. If someone talks about Afghanistan, they say it is the issue of national security, he said and added that the national security advisor had only one issue that US President Joe Biden did not telephone (Imran Khan).
He said the government had published the report just to accept Article 370, adding that Kashmir had been shown as part of Indian in the map published in the report.
Talking about the ban on journalists, he said such bans had been imposed even during the martial law periods. “The government is blaming that the journalists and politicians were traitors,” he said and added that during martial laws all the political parties were dubbed the enemies of the state. Most of the parts of Anti-State Trends reports are against the political parties, he said.
