Five killed in Lahore incidents

At least five people were killed in separate incidents of violence in different areas of Lahore on Wednesday, police said.

According to details, accused Zia stabbed to death his two mentally retarded daughters Aqsa 30, and Sadia 34, in Rajgarh area of Lahore and injured him critically with same knife in an attempt to commit attempt. The injured was rushed to Mayo Hospital where he succumbed to his wounds. 

Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar expressing his sorrow over the incident has sought a report from CCPO Lahore. 

Armed men of rival group shot dead a youth belonging to opponent group in Ferozewala during which he had come to appear in a court to pursue a case. 

Another youth was killed in firing of armed culprits in Green Town locality of provincial capital.

Separate cases in all incidents have been registered at concerned police stations and investigations were underway.
