A group of villagers on Sunday caught Indus Dolphin near Nawabshah, reported 24News HD TV channel.
Instead of handing over the rare creature to the wildlife staff, the villagers took it with them. They took selfies and filmed themselves with the Dolphin which is also known as the blind dolphin.
It is not the first incident of such kind, last year the people from the same area had allegedly killed a rare Indus River Dolphin. The dolphin was stranded in Gujjar Canal when the villagers caught it. A video had been shared on social media platforms. In the video, the villagers can be seen celebrating the man who caught the dolphin.
