Arrest warrants for Sanam , Aliya and others issued in Jinnah House case:

Anti-Terrorism Court in Lahore has issued bailable arrest warrants for 10 PTI’s workers including Sanama Javed and Aliya Hamza for their failure to appear in the court in the Jinnah House attack case, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The court ordered police to produce Sanam Javed and Alia Hamza and others before the court tomorrow.

The judge of Anti-Terrorism Court No 1 heard the case. During the hearing, the court was told that 10 accused named in the case have been in jail on judicial remand while all other accused have been released after getting bail from the court.

The ATC issued bailable arrest warrants for the Jinnah House Case accused Amjad, Sanam Javed, Aliya Hamza, Zafar, Mian Ibad, Abdul Hadi, Shoaib Zameer, Yar Zaheer Ahmed, Mujahid and Nasir Khan.

The ATC said these accused failed to appear before the court therefore ATC has issued bailabale arrest warrant of the accused and ordered the police to produce them before the court tomorrow.
