Five arrested PTI leaders released

Five Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) leaders, who were arrested from outside the jail have been released soon after their arrest, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Earlier, five Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) leaders, who had come to meet former prime minister and PTI founder Imran Khan at Adiala Jail, Rawalpindi on Tuesday, were arrested from outside the jail.
Those who were taken into custody were Omar Ayub Khan, Shibli Faraz, Asad Qaiser, Sahibzada Hamid Raza and Opposition Leader in the Punjab Assembly Malik Ahmad Khan Bhachar. All of them were taken to the Adiala police station.
Arrest warrants issued for Sheikh Waqas Akram
Meanwhile, an anti-terrorism court in Rawalpindi on Tuesday issued the arrest warrants for PTI leader Sheikh Waqas Akram.
A case was registered against Waqas at Saddar police station of Hasan Abdal under terrorism-related and other sections.
