Half body found dumped in Karachi gutter

Crime rate continues to increase in Karachi with each passing day, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
People were shocked when they spotted a human body lying in a gutter with its upper part severed.
Later, case was registered against unidentified persons at Madina Colony police station.
In yet another incident, a woman’s body was found hanging from a ceiling fan at a house in Bihar Colony.
Similarly, two alleged dacoits were held in an injured condition following a police ‘encounter’ in Korangi Industrial Area.
Police also claimed to have recovered weapons, a motorcycle and stolen goods from those taken into custody.
In yet another ‘encounter’, this time in Manghopir Mianwali Colony of the city, police said it had arrested a man in an injured condition and recovered weapons from him.
Likewise, five people were injured in incidents of firing in Orangi Town and other areas of the city.
Two persons were wounded when they were fired at in Orangi Town’s MPR Colony.
Similarly, a 45-year-old security guard named Hikmat Khan received injuries when he offered resistance to a robbery bid near Abul Hassan Isphahani Road.
All three were taken to Aga Khan Hospital for treatment.
In yet another incident of firing in the city, 35-year-old Hashim was wounded near Kashti Chowk in Orangi Town.
