Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz unfurled the national flag at the Independence Day ceremony held at Hazuri Bagh in Lahore on Wednesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Maryam Nawaz attended the ceremony as a special guest. She also visited Mazar-i-Iqbal and laid a floral wreath.

Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz said think of the country and nation first.
