Woman injured in bid to reconcile husband, wife

A woman has got severely injured when a man opened fire at her during a reconciliatory meeting that was being held to end the difference between a couple in Wali Muhammad village of Arifwala, reported 24NewsHD TV channel Monday.
The woman has been shifted to the hospital in critical condition.
According to details, a woman was in a family meeting and was trying to help reconcile a husband and wife.
However, an accused identified as Asif got infuriated during the meeting and opened fire on the woman. The woman got critically injured and was rushed to the hospital while the accused fled from the scene.
The police have registered a case and started investigations.
