Pakistani classical singer Ustad Shafqat Ali Khan released a song titled ‘Agar Mujhse Mohabbat Hai’ on his Youtube channel on Thursday and it was viewed by 801,564 people within one hour of its release.

Pakistani classical singer Ustad Shafqat Ali Khan released a song titled ‘Agar Mujhse Mohabbat Hai’ on his Youtube channel on Thursday and it was viewed by 801,564 people within one hour of its release. 

Shafqat Ali Khan is a classical singer and belongs to the Sham Chaurasi Gharana. He is the youngest son of Ustad Salamat Ali Khan. 

Shafqat Ali Khan received the Pride of Performance Award by the President of Pakistan in 2009. He was named ambassador for peace by the Universal Peace Federation in Washington, D.C.. 

An Indian fan Arijit Sahoo commented on the Youtube song video, “Surely going for trending in YouTube.”

Another fan Amanat Ali said, “Brace yourself! Legend is back with a legendary song, what a beautiful combination.” 

Another fan named Ali Shakoo commented, “Ustad Shafqat Ali khan has proved a classical singer can sing everything like ghazal, geet, thumri or rag. You are a living legend, keep rocking khan sahib live long. Stay blessed.”

The song Agar Mujhse Mohabbat Hai was originally sung by Lata Mangeshkar in the Bollywood movie ‘Aap Ki Parchhaiyan’. Lyrics were written by Raja Mehdi Ali Khan and the music director of the film was Madan Mohan.
