President objects to some of PMDC Bill provisions

President of Pakistan Dr Arif Alvi objected to some of the provisions of Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) Bill before signing it into an act, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
As per the official sources, the president had raised objections to some provisions of the PMDC Bill in a meeting with the federal ministers the other day.
The president will send the bill back to the government with the objections pointed out.
It is to be noted here that the PMDC Bill was sent to the President’s Secretariat after approval from the Senate and the National Assembly.
