PMDC launches new licensing portal for doctors

The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) has launched a new licensing portal to improve the efficiency and success rate of case processing for medical professionals, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
According to PMDC officials, the innovative system is designed to expedite the issuing and processing of various certifications and documents.
Since the implementation of this portal, an impressive number of cases have been processed.
Out of 75,279 cases of e-certificates for license renewal and Good Standing Certificates, 73,361 have been completed and issued.
This achievement highlights the portal's role in streamlining administrative procedures and ensuring prompt service delivery within the medical sector.
PMDC emphasized that this new portal also serves to facilitate the recognition of teaching experience for medical faculty.
By simplifying these processes, PMDC aims to support educators and practitioners in navigating their professional pathways with ease and efficiency.
