Imran to move SC against IHC decision to dismiss his withdrawal plea in Toshakhana case

Former prime minister and Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf founder Imran Khan has decided to move to the Supreme Court against the decision of the Islamabad High Court which dismissed his application to withdraw his appeal in the Toshakhana case, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.
According to sources, the ex-PTI chairman issued instructions to his lawyers.
The appeal will be filed in the Supreme Court on Monday.
On Dec 6, the Islamabad High Court rejected Imran Khan’s request to withdraw his appeal against disqualification in the Toshakhana case.
A division bench comprising IHC Chief Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri announced the verdict, which was reserved on September 13.
