PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar, alongside other party lawyers, lauded the Supreme Court for its legal and constitutional judgment, reported 24NewsHD TV channel Sunday.

"We salute the Supreme Court and the independent judiciary," said Barrister Gohar, emphasizing that the judgment will be remembered in history. PTI's stance was accepted, a culmination of 27 years of hard work by Khan Sahib.

The Supreme Court has ordered the remaining 41 MNAs to submit their affidavits to the Election Commission. If PTI confirms them, they will be considered PTI members. So far, PTI has received 25 out of 41 affidavits.

Barrister Gohar highlighted troubling incidents involving PTI members, stating that MNA Sahibzada Ameer Sultan was picked up, and several office colleagues are missing.

“Additionally, an MNA's brother and sixteen-year-old son were also taken. PTI plans to submit affidavits for these cases to the Supreme Court. The mother of the sixteen-year-old reportedly heard her child's screams over the phone.”

He said on January 3, the Supreme Court ordered the Prime Minister to submit an affidavit ensuring no one would be picked up from their homes.

Barrister Gohar urged the Supreme Court to implement this affidavit and recover the workers taken so far.

Atif Khan, another PTI leader, criticized the current government's operations.

"This is not how the country is run," he stated, stressing that the country cannot function without adherence to the constitution and law. "Run the country according to the constitution and law, only then will this country progress," he concluded.
