Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori has announced giving two camels to the Sanghar camel owner.

A local influential cut the leg of the Sanghar man's camel as it animal entered his land.

Sindh Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon said that a case was registered and the law will take its course.

He said that the Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah had taken notice of the incident. Sharjeel said that the five accused had been arrested.

He said that the matter had been 'settled' between the accused and the camel owner but a case was registered and the state became a party in the case.

Journalist Imtiaz Chandio directly addressed Sindh Minister Shazia Murri and PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari in his post, highlighting the alleged involvement of Ghulam Rasool Shar, a landlord of the Sanghar District.

"The camel kept on barking, but the animal was not spared," Chandio wrote, emphasizing the inaction of the local police, whom he accused of being subservient to the powerful landlords.

The incident took place in the village of Nando Khan Shar within the jurisdiction of the Mangli police station.

Soomer Khan, the owner of the injured camel, presented his animal before the media, decrying the brutal act. "I have no enmity with anyone. I don't know why this was done to my camel," he lamented, urging for justice.

In a rare move, Deputy Commissioner Sanghar Imran Al Hasan Khawaja took notice of the incident after it was reported by the media.

Medical teams were dispatched to aid the camel.
