JUI-F local leader in critical condition after gun attack in Karachi

A JUI-F local leader is said to be in a critical condition after he received two bullets in the head in an attempt on his life in Karachi on Thursday.

JUI-F chief of the PS-114 constituency Rafique Hassanzai was injured an attack near the Haroonabad Site. JUI-F Sindh leader Rashid Soomro condemned the attack on Hassanzai and said the assailants must be taken to the task. He said the JUI-F would announce its future course of action if the assailants are not arrested. He said the Sindh government would be held responsible for any eventuality.

Sindh Governor Imran Ismail took notice of the attack on the JUI-F leader and directed the authorities to arrest the culprits at the earliest.
