Pakistani former cricketer, Saeed Anwar's statement about working women went viral on social media for which he has mostly been criticized by the public while some agreed with him.
Saeed Anwar is one of the biggest cricketing stars in Pakistan. The career he had in batting and the star that he was has been unbeatable till today. Saeed Anwar changed his lifestyle and went towards Tabhleeg at the end of his cricketing career. He now gives bayans and teaches all over the world. He does not appear in the media a lot and lives a very private life.
His latest statement has caused some ruckus though as it went viral on social media.
He talked about the increasing number of divorces in Pakistan.
He said that the culture and homes are now broken as women go out to work. He said that women should be inside the houses and as they now leave the houses for financial independence, the divorce rates are through the roof.
