Daesh terrorist, facilitators arrested in Peshawar

A terrorist of banned ISIS or Daesh, eager to target political gatherings, has been arrested in Peshawar during an intelligence-based operation conducted by Counter Terrorism Department, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
According to police sources, the arrested terrorist was staying in a rented house along with his family.
After a strong response, the terrorist was arrested during an hour-long operation, police sources said.
The landlord who rented the house to the terrorist was also arrested.
Police sources said that the property dealer had rented the house to the terrorist without documents for a commission of Rs3,000.
On identifying the arrested terrorist, two important facilitators supporting him were also arrested, police sources said.
Important information has been obtained from the arrested terrorist during the investigation in which he confessed that he was given the task to target ammunitions and other targets in Charsadda, Nowshera, Khyber and Mohmand.
Details of residences and whereabouts of important officers have also been recovered from the arrested terrorist, police sources said.
The arrested terrorist was the mastermind of attacks and target killing on police and other forces, police sources concluded.
