While asking the petitioner to approach the trial court, the Lahore High Court (LHC) on Friday disposed of a petition for the release of Mansha Bomb arrested a few days ago on land-grabbing allegations, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

“More than 70 cases are registered against Mansha Bomb. His arrest was made according to the law,” the lawyer for the Punjab government told the court.

Justice Ali Baqir Najafi heard the petition of Mansha Bomb’s son Amir.

Meanwhile, more cases were registered against Mansha Khokhar alias Mansha Bomb.

“Over 77 cases are registered against Mansha Bomb,” police said.

“There are allegations of murder, attempted murder, police encounter and land-grabbing against him,” they added.

“The first land-grabbing case against Mansha Bomb was registered in 1982. His three sons Asim, Amir and Tariq are also involved in grabbing lands,” they stated.
