The Lahore High Court Monday disposed of a petition seeking details of cases filed against Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan, the sisters of the PTI founder Imran Khan, after law officers from the federal and Punjab governments presented the necessary information, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Justice Ali Zia Bajwa, who presided over the petition filed by Shahraiz Azeem Khan, the son of Aleema Khan, warned that if the details provided were found to be incorrect, a contempt of court petition could be filed.

During the hearing, the Acting Attorney General informed the court that no cases had been registered against Aleema and Uzma Khan with the FIA, except for an ongoing anti-money laundering inquiry in FIA Lahore.

The Punjab government's advocate added that 10 cases had been filed against Aleema Khan and 5 against UzmiaKhan.

The Inspector General of Punjab further clarified that seven of Aleema Khan’s cases and three of Uzma Khan’s cases were in Lahore, with additional cases in Rawalpindi, Attock, and two cases against Dr. Uzma Khan in Attock.

After the presentation of this information, the court disposed of the petition.
