Four in race for Balochistan caretaker CM slot

Four names are in the race for the Balochistan caretaker chief minister’s slot, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

The names of Ali Hasan Zahri, Hamal Kalmati, Usman Badini and Naseer Bizenjo are being considered for the Balochistan caretaker chief minister’s slot, the informed sources have said.

Ali Hasan Zahri’s name was suggested by Pakistan People’s Party (PPP).

Hamal Kalmati’s name was suggested by Balochistan National Party (BNP).

Usman Badini’s name was suggested by Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI).

Naseer Bizenjo’s name was suggested by Balochistan Chief Minister Abdul Quddus Bizenjo.

The Balochistan chief minister also held a meeting with Opposition Leader Malik Sikander Khan.

During the meeting, both the chief minister and the opposition leader agreed to decide on the name of the caretaker chief minister through consensus.
