Schools resume with full strength attendance in Lahore

All public and private schools in In Lahore have resumed classes with 100 percent attendance from today (Wednesday) after coronavirus cases ratio declined, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
Punjab Education Minister Dr Murad Raas said that all public and private schools of Lahore and Rawalpindi should return to their normal schedule starting Feb 16 (today) along with the rest of Punjab.
He urged students to follow COVID-19 SOPs issued by the government.

The education authorities lifted the ban on the 50 percent attendance. Lahore CEO Education Pervaiz Akhter Khan said that schools have been allowed to carry on educational activities with full strength after directive from authorities after declines in corona cases and only under the strict compliance of coronavirus SOPs.
Also, the Ministry of National Health Services urged citizens that six months have passed since the second vaccine dose and get a booster shot.
