 PTI founder’s lawyer Sardar Latif Khosa has cried foul, questioning the level playing field.


“Will they give us a level playing field? The field has been taken away from us,”  Khosa,”  said while talking to the media outside Adiala Jail.


He said “Three to four courts were set up in Adiala Jail. Courts should be set up in Adiala Jail


“Today, the hearings of Iddat, Cypher and Toshakhana cases are held in Adiala Jail. Lawyers are also being disgraced. We are appearing in Rawalpindi and Islamabad courts from morning till evening.”


He added: The UAE Consul General's statement was cross-examined and the rest will be tomorrow.

He stressed, “The Supreme Court said that it is an institution of political engineering.”


Regarding the top court decision on the weekend, he said the Supreme Court decided at night and we are thrown out of the field.


“We do not expect justice from them. We will reach 250 million people.  


“The withdrawal of the bat symbol caused a lot of public anger. They will bury all their plots.


“It will be written in history as a ‘forbidden decision’.  Have you ever heard that a constitutional body comes to jail and lays charges? Nawaz Sharif's lawyers are up to these cases.


Thosakhana case hearing put off till tomorrow 


Accountability Court Judge Muhammad Bashir conducted the hearing of the Tosha Khana case against PTI founder Bushra Bibi at the Adiala Jail.


The court recorded the statement of a witness and more witnesses will record their statements tomorrow as the court adjourned the hearing tomorrow.
