Security forces kill 22 terrorists in month-long Tirah operations

The security forces personnel have killed 22 Khwarij terrorists and injured 18 others during a number of intelligence-based operations during the last one month in Tirah Valley of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to an ISPR statement released on Thursday, numerous terrorist incidents have occurred in general area Tirah Valley of Khyber District against security forces as well as the innocent civilians, resulting in several casualties.
In response to these heinous acts, the security forces have been conducting extensive intelligence-based operations (IBOs) in the area against the Khwarij.
During various IBOs conducted since 14 December 2024, security forces have so far, successfully neutralized 22 Khwarij, while 18 Khwarij have been injured.
The IBOs will continue till peace in the area is restored and Khwarij are eliminated, as the security forces of Pakistan are determined to wipe out the menace of terrorism from the country, the ISPR statement said.
