Man arrested for ‘posting ex-wife’s intimate pictures on social media’

The Cybercrime Wing of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Thursday arrested a man in Sukkur for allegedly releasing intimate pictures of his former wife to the social media.

According to the FIA’s Cybercrime Wing, accused Sajjad Bhio, a resident of Old Sukkur Thermal Colony, got married to a close relative around one-and-a-half years ago and divorced her just 20 days after their marriage. Sajjad has also been accused of blackmailing his ex-wife, a schoolteacher by profession, using a fake social media account. The FIA has arrested the accused and registered a case against him under the cybercrime law. He is still being interrogated.
