March 16, 2020 03:43 PM

Coronavirus is changing our daily habits. Its latest proof came at a meeting between Prime Minister Imran Khan and religious scholar Maulana Tariq Jamil when the prime minister refused to shake hands and welcomed him by placing his right hand at the heart.

An image shared by 24NewsHD shows Maulana Tariq extending his hand for a handshake but Imran didn’t reciprocate while asking him to sit on the chair.

During the meeting, the prime minister requested the religious leader to help to create awareness about the coronavirus virus. He suggested arranging special sermons and messages for the purpose.

He also requested the cleric to persuade other ulema to call off religious gatherings.
