Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) Vice President Maryam Nawaz while addressing a gathering in Faisalabad Saturday made scathing attack on the PTI government and Prime Minister Imran Khan terming them thieves and looters, reported 24NewsHD TV channel
“When there was oppression, Nawaz Sharif said that I leave my case to Allah. When someone leaves his matter to Allah, despite all the power and one-page, historical humiliation and disgrace would be destined. Today Allah has made Nawaz Sharif's opponents an example.”
Maryam has said that Imran Khan fulfilled one promise and that is that he made the whole nation cry.
Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) has resumed the series of protests, the anti-government coalition held its first meeting in Punjab in Faisalabad, in which PML-N vice president Maryam Nawaz, Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) Maulana Fazlur Rehman and other leaders attended.
Maryam said that there is a big rally in Faisalabad today and Rana Sana Ullah is standing firm with the PML-N.
She said Abid Sher Ali's wife died and he could not reach Pakistan. “Nawaz Sharif's lions did not bow down,” she added.
Maryam Nawaz said that Imran Khan had said that when sugar and flour become expensive, then understand that the Prime Minister is a thief.
“He was used to say that if sugar is expensive, then understand that the Prime Minister is a thief. Under Nawaz Sharif, sugar was Rs 50 and today it is Rs 120 per kg. In the days of the PML-N, petrol was Rs70 per litre and today it is Rs138.”
Maryam said that when summer comes, there is no electricity and when it is winter, the gas is gone.
She said the time has proved Nawaz Sharif’s innocence and honesty and now a British court has said that Shehbaz Sharif’s money-laundering not proven.
She said Imran Khan's party has come first in Pandora Papers but government told the people that name of the prime minister is not in the papers.
Has anyone heard that the leader of thieves is honest? She added.
She further said that the biggest robbery of Imran Khan’s government is Rs122billion LNG case as his aides purchased LNG at the highest rates in history.
