Ahad Cheema allowed to travel abroad

Adviser to the Prime Minister Ahad Cheema was allowed on Friday by an accountability court in Lahore to travel abroad, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Ahad Cheema had filed a petition in the court for permission to travel abroad with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on an official visit to Britain and the United States.
Accountability Court No. 5 Judge Sajid Ali Awan pronounced the verdict, granting permission to Ahad Cheema to travel abroad.
Anwar Hussain Advocate appeared before the court on behalf of Ahad Cheema.
Ahad Cheema, as a former director general of Lahore Development Authority (LDA), is an accused in the Ashiana-e-Iqbal Housing Society case.
An assets beyond means case against him is also pending in court.
