Speedy oil tanker crushes four students in Gujrat

Two students died on the spot while two received severe injuries when a speedy oil tanker hit their motorcycle during crossing at Jamko Chowk in Sanawan, Gujrat, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
Soon after the incident, police and rescue personnel reached the spot and shifted dead bodies and injured students to a local hospital in Gujrat.
Earlier on December 1, 2024, a wedding event turned into a mourning as the groom and his sister-in-law drowned when their car got out of control and fell into a canal in Gujrat. 
According to police, the sad incident took place near Sarai Alamgir in district Gujrat when a newlywed couple was going to in-laws house with others after a walima ceremony. 
There were five people in the car, including the bride and groom. Three women were rescued, but the groom, Osama, and his sister-in-law, Maryam, drowned during the accident.
