Murtaza Noor conferred award for services in education field

Muhammad Murtaza Noor, National Coordinator at Inter University Consortium for Promotion of Social Sciences, has been conferred “Best Performance Award” in acknowledgement of his 25-year long services in the field of education.
The award was conferred on Murtaza Noor by Special Adviser to Prime Minister on Youth Affairs and Pakistan Higher Education Commission (HEC) Executive Director Dr Shaista Sohail in the launching ceremony of National Students Societies on Thursday.
Murtaza Noor is reported to have been active in promoting higher education and social sciences by motivating the vice chancellors and management of the universities across the country. He is also reported to have been active in arranging opportunities for students.
An international organisation has given him the award in recognition of his services in the promotion of social sciences in Pakistan.
On the occasion, educationists, social activists, and vice chancellors of universities from across the country paid glowing tributes to the services of Murtaza Noor. They extended best wishes to him and expressed their optimism that he would continue his efforts in future too.
