Caretaker PM Kakar has assets worth over Rs48.1 million

Details of Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaarul Haq Kakar, Finance Minister Dr Shamshad Akhtar, Interior Minister Sarfaraz Bugti and Information Minister Murtaza Solangi’s assets have come to light, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.

PM Kakar has assets worth over Rs48.1 million. He owns 20 acres of inherited agricultural land worth Rs8 million.

Similarly, he has shares worth Rs50,000 in the Pakistan Chagai Mining Limited; he has declared price of 10 tolas of gold at Rs80,000.

Likewise, he has over Rs22 million in cash in two bank accounts, while he has declared the price of his house furniture at Rs0.4 million.

Finance Minister Shamshad Akhtar owns a house worth Rs4 million in Phase-6 of the Defence Housing Authority (DHA), Karachi.

Similarly, she has shown the price of a plot at DHA, Karachi at Rs125,000.

The caretaker finance minister revealed that she got two lands as a gift from her father. She has a Naya Pakistan certificate worth Rs2.79 billion and shares in Pakistan State Oil (PSO) worth more than Rs0.3 million.

Shamshad Akhtar has disclosed Rs109.6 million in terms of treasury bills (T-bills) and the value of house furniture at Rs200,000.

The caretaker finance minister has gold worth only Rs0.2 million, cash worth Rs1.946 million and Rs3.924 million in bank accounts.

Sarfraz Bugti owns two-kanal house worth Rs10 million in Multan, a flat worth Rs25 million on United Mall Multan, a house in Islamabad worth Rs31.1 million, a plot in Quetta worth Rs10 million, shares worth Rs5 millionin Bugti CNG Sui company, a vehicle model 2010 worth Rs10.02 million, cash worth Rs6.8 million, while Rs0.635 million in bank account, furniture worth Rs6.8 million.

Sarfraz Bugti’s assets also include 90 camels, 8,870 sheep, 4,060 goats, 400 cows, 80 calves, 86 buffaloes, all woth Rs9.7 million.

Murtaza Solangi owns assets worth over 23 million including a house worth Rs12.7 million.
