PML-N announces challenging non-swearing in of elected CM Hamza in LHC

The Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) has announced to go to the Lahore High Court (LHC) over the issue of non-swearing in of the newly elected Punjab Chief Minister Hamza Shehbaz.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, this was announced by the PML-N leaders including Attaullah Tarar, Malik Ahmad Khan, Awais Leghari, and Irfan Daultana in a press conference on Monday.
The PML-N leaders claimed that the province of Punjab has been running without a Chief Minister since April 1, 2022, after the resignation of Usman Buzdar.
The PML-N leaders said that Punjab Assembly Speaker Parvez Elahi had tortured the Deputy Speaker Dost Mazari from employees under his supervision.
Malik Ahmad Khan said that Mandi Bahauddin and thugs from Gujarat in black uniforms were called into the house to create a situation and torture the Deputy Speaker.
Sardar Awais Leghari said, if the governor of Punjab does not take the oath then the court will provide us justice.
Attaullah Tarar said that his party was going to appeal to the court that no one has any right to take the province without an elected ruler.
