A lady head constable died at a hospital in Islamabad on Thursday due to injuries she received in a road accident yesterday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Head Constable Robina Shahbaz received severe head injuries in the accident and was rushed to PIMS Hospital last night where she breathed her last today.

Her Namaz-i-Janaza will be offered at Police Lines in Islamabad.

Fire in restaurant

A fire erupted outside a restaurant in Islamabad’s F7 Sector on Thursday. However, there were no injuries reported in the incident.

Fire-brigade personnel doused the fire quickly, stating that a short-circuit caused the blaze.
