Kickboxers bring laurels to Pakistan

The Pakistanis kickboxing team brought laurels by showing excellent performance in Iran, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Saturday.

Nazar Khan won the gold medal by defeating the Iranian player in the 51-kg final and Mohammad Sohail won the gold medal in the 63kg category.

Mohammad Sohail also got the best fighter award. Iran stood first, followed first Afghanistan, Pakistan, Turkey and Syria.

Secretary of Pakistan Kickboxing Federation Rana Zahid Mehmood and coach Mansoor Durrani too showed up at the event.
