An accountability court (AC) in Lahore, in its written order in a money laundering case against the family of former Punjab chief minister and PTI President Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi, on Saturday ordered freezing the property of Pervaiz’s son Moonis Elahi in Garden Town, Lahore, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The court also barred the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) from transferring Mooni’s shares from one company to another.
A court has already declared the accused, who also remained a federal minister under the PTI government, a ‘proclaimed offender’ in the case.
Also on Saturday, the FIA submitted to the court a report on freezing Mooni’s property.
