Sindh govt announces to withdraw 15-year age relaxation for jobs

Sindh government has announced withdrawal of 15-year relaxation in the age limit for new government jobs in the province, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Earlier, the age limit for applying government jobs was fixed at 43 years but now the government has given withdrawn 15 years relaxation and age limit has been fixed at 28 years.

After approval from Sindh Cabinet, notification regarding withdrawing age limit has been issued by Sindh Services and General Administrations Department. The implementation on the decision will take effect from 1, January 2025.

Earlier, on January 23, 2023, Sindh Government had made decision to relax the age limit of 15 years due to non-recruitment for a long time, now age limit has been withdrawn by the government.
