Naila Kiani sets to conquer Mount Manaslu, aiming for record 9th peak above 8,000m

Famous female mountaineer Naila Kiani is set to climb another peak above 8,000m, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.
Taking the social media site X, formerly known as Twitter, responded to a post-Naila Kiani said that she is determined to climb one more peak. Naila added she is currently in Nepal and will leave for the summit of Mount Manaslu tomorrow (Sept 17). If everything goes well, I will be able to reach the summit on September 21, she added that prayer for my success.
It is noted Naila joined Sirbaz and Shehroze at the Manaslu base camp after completing her rotation to get acclimatized.
Kiani is the first and only Pakistani woman to have climbed eight peaks of over 8,000m and Manaslu will be her 9th.
She is eyeing the title of the first Pakistani woman to climb all 14 peaks of over 8,000m.
Furthermore, a Lahore-based duo of husband-wife is also attempting to climb Manaslu and if they’re successful, they’ll become the first Pakistani couple to climb any 8,000m peak together.
