Two CAA directors removed from service

The Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) have shown the door to two of its directors for committing irregularities, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday, quoting its sources.
Director Air Transport Irfan Sabir was removed from his employment with immediate effect for committing irregularities while permitting additional flights to the foreign airlines.
Irfan Sabir was fired though the term of his contract was yet to be expired.
According to the sources, the charge of Director Air Transport was now handed to Additional Director Air Transport.
Director Security Air Commodore (retd) Salman Aziz’s contract was also not extended while Additional Director Security Colonel Rehan’s job was extended for six months, the sources added.
