Torkham landslide death toll hits 6 

The death toll of the Torkham border landslide tragedy reached six, 24NewsHD TV channel reported 

Army Engineers, and Army Urban Search and Rescue Teams participating in the relief and rehab operation in the affected area on the Torkham border.

Yesternight landslide buried around 40 containers,  

Three bodies have been retrieved while efforts to recover the others are underway.

The deceased persons are said to be from Afghanistan.

At least 12 injured have been hospitalized. 

So far, 15 meters of debris have been removed from the road. The work of removing the remaining debris with the help of heavy machinery is going on rapidly
