Noor Muqaddam Case: Father's call data with location presented to IHC

In the Noor Muqaddam murder case, the call data and location records of plaintiff Shaukat Muqaddam's mobile phone have been presented to the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday.

IHC Chief Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan heard the case against the punishment of the culprits in the Noor Muqaddam murder case.
Plaintiff Shaukat Muqaddam's lawyer Nisar Asghar gave arguments and told the court about the incompetence of the police to write the incident at 10 o'clock in the FIR while the time of police officer Zubair's arrival at the spot is said to be 9:55.
The plaintiff's lawyer told the court that the mobile phone of the victim was seized and a recovery memo was prepared and sent for forensics while the International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) number is detected through CDR.
He told the court that the other side tried to confuse the issue as the counsel for the appellants referred to the serial number and referred to it as the IMEI number despite the fact that the IMEI number is 15 digits long.
The lawyer told the court that fingerprints can not be taken from the knife because there was blood on it, anyhow, a blood sample was obtained from it.
He further informed the court that the killing instrument was a knife on which traces of the victim's blood were found.
On this, IHC Chief Justice said, you are saying that a blood sample was obtained so fingerprints could not be taken.
The plaintiff's lawyer told the court that Noor's father Shaukat Muqaddam reached the spot on the information of the police. He informed the court that Shaukat was present at Naval Anchorage when he received a call from the police. The lawyer said Plaintiff Shaukat Muqaddam left at 10n minutes past 10 and reached Gulberg Green at 10:42 and F8 at 10:54.
He told the IHC that the police showed the timing of the incident at 10 o'clock in the FIR while the time of police officer Zubair's arrival at the spot is said to be 9:55 which exposed the incompetency of the police.
The court adjourned the hearing of the Noor Muqaddam murder case till tomorrow and the lawyer of the plaintiff will continue arguments.
