A fire broke out in a cotton factory located on Winge Pul on Faisalabad Road in Jaranwala due to unknown reasons on Friday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to rescue sources, the fire affected two acres of the factory area and there is a fear of huge financial loss.

Rescue sources said eight fire vehicles and 35 personnel took part in the fire extinguishing process.

However, rescue personnel have brought the fire under control in the factory.

There was no loss of life in the incident.
