Police officers transferred, posted in Punjab

Punjab Police Inspector General Inam Ghani on Friday transferred and posted a number of police officers in the province. 

According to a notification issued by the Police Department, SSP Operations Zeeshan Haider was directed to report to the Central Police Office (CPO) and Gazanfar Ali Shah was appointed SSP Operations. Gazanfar Ali Shah was earlier serving as assistant inspector general, operations, for South Punjab. Jaleel Imran has been appointed chief traffic officer in Multan. He was serving as Special Branch SP in Dera Ghazi Khan. Javeria Muhammad Jamil has been appointed SP at the Police Training School in Sargodha, while Shazia Sarwar has been appointed SP Investigation, Civil Lines, Lahore. Tariq Mahmood has been appointed deputy director, Headquarters, SPU, Punjab.
