Pakistan again logs 100 plus Covid cases as infectivity ratio keeps rising

Pakistan witnesses a rise in the Covid-19 infectivity ratio as the country has again recorded 100 plus coronavirus cases with positivity ratio touching 2.20 percent during last 24 hours, showed the statistics released by the National Institute of Health (NIH) on Sunday morning, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to the NIH data, the death toll in the country remained the same at 30,645 whereas the number of total infections now shot up to 1,578,258 after adding the fresh 103 cases.
During the last 24 hours, 4,685 tests were conducted throughout Pakistan whereas the positivity ratio stood at 2.20%. The number of patients in critical care stood at 16.
