The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Friday reserved its judgment on the petition filed against Danish Kaneria for not allowing him to play in domestic and leagues, reported 24NewsHD TV.
A petition was heard in the Sindh High Court against Danish Kaneria for not allowing him to play in domestic and leagues. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) lawyer took the position that Danish Kaneria's UK court had also rejected the appeal.
He is accused of spot-fixing. The petition stated that Danish Kaneria should be allowed to join the PCB rehabilitation program. The petition further stated that Kaneria is banned by the English County Club. He didn’t committed the act of spot-fixing, rather only involved in arranging meeting, the allegations of which Kaneria admitted.
The fixers got permission to play but the petitioner is not getting it, stated in the petition.
