Students blow up teacher's chair with explosive device

A group of disgruntled students in the Indian state of Haryana blew up the chair of their teacher with an explosive device after she scolded them.
According to the media reports, 12th grade students were involved in this act. They took help from YouTube to make the explosive device and then placed it below their teacher’s chair.
The teacher was not sitting in the chair when the device exploded therefore she remained safe in this incident. However, this act of the students has given birth to many questions.
The Harayana Education Department has taken action on this incident and suspended the 13 students involved in this incident for one week.
This incident has also raised questions about the misuse of a platform like YouTube and security of teachers at schools.
