PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that PPP wanted rule of law and justice for all and sundry that was the reason former PM Benazir Bhutto presented the idea of Constitutional Court in the country, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Addressing a public gathering in Hyderabad to mark Karsaz terror incident, Bilawal said PPP was committed to restore 1973 constitution in its essence. He said Benazir Bhutto had returned to Pakistan during dictatorship of Musharraf to restore the rule of law. Bilawal claimed that no one known the constitution better than Shaheed Benazir Bhutto.

He said that Constitutional Court will be based on equal representation of all provinces, adding that all political parties have to accept the demands of PPP for the establishment of constitutional court.

Recalling his judgment in Faizabad Dharna Case, Bilawal lauded the services of incumbent Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Issa for his support for upholding of rule of law and justice. He said Faiz Issa made great contribution for judicial systems and his name will be remembered in the history. He urged all political parties to join hands for provision of justice to the masses.

Bilawal claimed that he will return to Sindh after the establishment of constitutional court in Centre and the provinces. He said that if the Opposition did not support the draft, then PPP will follow the illegal path.
