Pakistani actor Mohib Mirza appeared as a guest on Fuchsia Magazine’s YouTube show, hosted by Rabia Mughni where he talked about mental health issues and how to treat them.

During the conversation with the host, he also gave a message to men suffering from psychological problems.

Talking about men facing psychological problems, Mohib Mirza said, “There should be an acceptance of medical help regarding psychological issues. All the boys who are listening to me. Don’t take your stress for granted, and don’t think that taking treatment for it will make you uncool.

If you’re feeling stressed out due to studies, family problems, or anything else, go to a psychiatrist and unwind. I know it might seem unaffordable for many of you, but if people are suggesting it to you, go ahead and seek help”.

Further, talking about seeking psychological help, Mohib said, “I was going through several losses, including my father’s death and financial loss from a film. As a result, I developed psychological issues due to these events happening within a short span of five years. I eventually went to a psychiatrist and even took online sessions during COVID, thankfully, I knew that I needed therapy”.

Mohib Mirza is recently getting praise for his brilliant performance in 'Jafaa' as Hassan.

Talking about his role, he said, “Let me tell you that it is not Zara’s responsibility to fix Hassan. No wife is responsible for fixing her husband but that doesn’t mean she can’t help him out and starts manipulating the situation”.

He further said that he was quite helpful at his house during his early childhood.

“I remember that I was in class 6th when I started washing my clothes and started helping my mother because I was seeing her doing multiple house tasks and it happened because I always saw my father doing these things at home.

He also gives major props to Mawra Hocane for selling the terror with just a handful of shots to do it.
